The platform does two jobs. It runs the teaching you already have — roster, assignments, marking, reports — and it puts your teaching in front of students who do not know you yet. Both are below, with the limits stated as plainly as the features.
Everything from inviting a student to handing over a progress report. This is what the subscription is for.
Invite learners by email. They accept before anything is shared, the link expires after seven days, and it only works for the address you invited — an invitation cannot be forwarded and quietly used by someone else. Paste up to 25 addresses at once if you already have a class.
Students
Group the students you teach together, assign to the whole group in one action, and compare their progress side by side at the end of a term.
Cohorts
Task 1 or Task 2, with the form adapting to the task type. Set a deadline in your workspace timezone, publish immediately or keep it as a draft. Every prompt records where it came from, which is what keeps your workspace clear of material you do not have the rights to distribute.

Save an assignment you will set again and start from it next term instead of rewriting the prompt, the timing and the marking settings.

A submission is scored against the four official writing criteria and the feedback is drafted before you open it. You adjust any band, rewrite any comment, and add what a model cannot know about that student. It is a practice estimate, not an official IELTS result.

Save privately and the student sees nothing; release and they receive your bands and feedback. Nothing reaches a learner until you decide, so a wrong first pass is never something they see.

A worked example with a real response, so you can see the whole loop before inviting anyone. It is entirely local — nothing is saved and no student is involved.

Put your own name and colour on what you hand to a student, a parent or a sponsor, so it reads as your work rather than ours.

A profile, a place in the directory, and a byline you can write under. All of it is yours to control, and none of it is sold — there is no paid ranking on this platform.
Your own page: how you teach, who you teach, your languages and service regions, your lesson format, duration and starting price. You choose what is on it and it stays private until you publish.

Once published, your profile is listed and can be filtered by region, language and teaching speciality, so a student narrowing down to what they need can reach you. Ordering is never sold — there is no paid placement.

Write and publish to the site's blog as the author, with your own author page collecting everything you have written. This is also the practical route to being search-eligible, which the profile requirements explain below.

A student can review you only after a teaching relationship both of you confirmed. It is a narrower system than an open review box, deliberately — it means a review on your profile reflects work you actually did.

Create a link per place you share your profile and see which one brought the enquiry, so you can spend your time on the channel that works.

Invite a teacher you know. Credit applies to the team plans; because Solo is already at the $50 floor, a Solo subscription earns no credit — we would rather say that than imply a discount that cannot exist.

Be realistic about this
The directory is new and there are very few published profiles on it today. Treat your profile as somewhere to send people who already found you — a bio link, an email signature, a school page — rather than as a source of new students. We would rather tell you that now than have you publish a profile and wait for traffic that is not there yet.
The workspace tells you exactly which of these is still missing while you edit, so nothing is a surprise at the end.
Search listing asks for more than publishing does: a substantial introduction, recently confirmed availability, a current lesson offer, and one authority signal. Today that signal is publishing an article — the document-based routes are closed while we are not checking documents.
One flat monthly price. Lesson payments never pass through the platform, so there is no commission on what you earn and no cut of a trial lesson.

The AI assessment allowance resets every month. New workspaces get a 14-day free trial; if you arrived through an invitation link, your first months are already covered and no card is collected.
An AI band is a practice estimate. It is not an official IELTS result and must not be presented to a student as one.
Qualifications on a profile are shown as stated by the teacher. No profile carries a verified badge, including yours, because we are not yet reviewing certificates to a standard worth standing behind.
Students pay you directly, on your terms. The platform charges a flat subscription and takes no percentage — which also means refunds and scheduling stay between you and your student.
The teaching workspace is in English. The public site and your students' own study experience are available in 26 languages; the marking screens are not, yet.
You do not have to invite a student to see whether this fits how you teach. Create the workspace, open the sample in the marking queue, and judge the part that matters most before anything else.
