Mobile Terms of Service

By downloading or using IELTS AI Coach, you agree to these Mobile Terms and the full Terms of Service. If the documents conflict about a mobile-specific feature, these Mobile Terms govern that feature. You must be at least 16 to create an account; users under 18 need a parent or guardian's permission.

The app provides independent IELTS preparation tools. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official product of IELTS.org, British Council, IDP IELTS, Cambridge University Press & Assessment, or any official test centre.

AI-generated scores, transcriptions, explanations, and recommendations are educational estimates, not official IELTS results or examiner decisions. They can be incomplete or wrong and do not guarantee a test score, admission, visa, or other outcome.

Speaking practice may request microphone access; handwriting submission may request access to photos you select; reminders may request notification permission. You can refuse or withdraw permission, but the related feature may not work.

You keep ownership of content you submit. You give us a limited licence to host, transmit, transform, and process it only as needed to operate, protect, and improve the service and provide the feedback you request. Do not upload content you lack permission to use.

Product price, duration, included allowances, billing frequency, trial terms, and whether a purchase renews are shown before confirmation. Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account. RevenueCat validates purchases and makes the corresponding app access available.

A recurring subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it through the store before the renewal deadline shown by that store. Deleting the app or your IELTS AI Coach account does not cancel a store subscription.

• Apple: manage or cancel in your App Store subscription settings at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.
• Google Play: manage or cancel at play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions.

You can also open the app's Profile screen and choose Manage plan. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period, subject to the store's terms and your statutory rights.

Apple or Google controls billing and refund decisions for purchases made in its store. Request a refund through the store where you purchased. The app provides a Restore Purchases option for eligible purchases. Store rules and mandatory consumer rights take precedence over any inconsistent provision here.

Keep your sign-in credentials secure and provide accurate information. We may suspend access to protect the service or respond to a serious breach of these terms. You may stop using the app at any time.

To permanently remove your account and account-linked learning data, use Profile → Delete Account or follow our public deletion instructions. Remember to cancel any renewing store subscription separately.

The full Terms of Service cover acceptable use, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, governing law, changes, and disputes. Mandatory rights in your country remain unaffected.
