About Taiwan ICDF International Higher Education Scholarship
The Taiwan ICDF International Higher Education Scholarship supports students from partner developing countries to pursue undergraduate, master's, or doctoral degrees at Taiwanese universities. Funded by Taiwan's International Cooperation and Development Fund, it covers tuition, a monthly living allowance, airfare, insurance, and textbook costs.

- 1Taiwan ICDF requires IELTS Academic 6.0 overall with 5.5 in each component. Focus on achieving consistent scores across all bands — the component minimums are as important as the overall score.
