Delete from the app
- Open IELTS AI Coach and sign in.
- Open the Profile tab.
- Scroll to Account and choose Delete Account.
- Read the warning and confirm permanent deletion.
The request deletes the authenticated IELTS AI Coach account and its account-linked app data. It cannot be undone.
If you cannot access the app
Email hello@ielts.international from the address on your account with the subject “IELTS AI Coach account deletion.” We will verify that you control the account before processing the request.
Website users who can sign in may also delete their account from the account section on the Profile page.
Data deleted with the account
- account profile and authentication record;
- IELTS goals, preferences, scores, and progress;
- essay text, handwriting uploads, feedback, and practice history;
- speaking transcripts and saved speaking results;
- notification tokens and account-linked app settings.
Account-linked content is removed from active systems. Limited transaction, fraud, security, legal, or support records may be retained only for the period reasonably necessary or required by law. De-identified analytics that can no longer identify your account may remain.
Cancel subscriptions separately
Account deletion does not cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel first to prevent future renewal:
